Emmanuel de Ghellinck
Emmanuel de Ghellinck – born and raised in Belgium – has worked in several fields, namely Finance, Marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility, within small and medium enterprises (such as TradInfo, ZackBrandit) and a big multinational: Microsoft. In May 2012, he moved with his family to Manila, the Philippines, and currently works as Business Support Officer at the European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines in the framework of the EU-Philippines Business Network. As an entrepreneur he has also launched several companies in both Belgium (ZackBrandit, Falling Action) and the Philippines (Instazorb Asia Corp.), taking on leadership positions among them. Emmanuel is actively involved with Junior Chamber International (JCI): in Brussels in 2012, he completed a term as President of JCI The Heart of Europe; in Manila, he is now Ambassador and Director for Business for JCI Fort Bonifacio Taguig City. Emmanuel holds a BA in economics and finance from ICHEC, Brussels Management School.
Arnaud Jourquin was born and raised in Belgium but he has had the chance to study abroad (North & South America). Arnaud holds a Master degree in Business Engineering from the Louvain School of Management and has worked in banking operations, IT change management & project/program management.
Arnaud has worked for 2 years with ING in Bangalore which he considers as an extremely rich experience, both professional & personal.
In April 2014, he moved with his family to Manila, the Philippines, and currently works as Functional Lead & Head of Financial Markets Operations at ING Global Services & Operations.
Michelle was born and raised in Brussels,Belgium. She has a college degree in education (elementary school and middle school), specialization in Autism and made an additional degree in psychology for kids. She worked as Sales Consultant and 13 years Back office of ING Bank Trade Market. She moved in 2009 to Manila to follow her family and was involved for 4 years in Manille Bienvenue. Co-Owner and CEO of ReflexGlobal.
Leen is originally from Torhout, Belgium and has spent over two decades working with governments, United Nations (UNICEF), the NGO sector and with international child rights organisations in all parts of the world. Between 1992 and 2007, she worked in Uganda, Kenya, South Africa and Senegal for various child rights organisations, and before moving to Manila two years ago, she worked as Head of Programmes for Child Helpline International, the global network of child helplines, based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. She holds Master and Bachelor Degrees in Public Administration (Development Management), and two additional Bachelor's degrees in Social Marketing & PR, and Communication. Leen is currently employed as the Child Protection Regional Adviser for World Vision International, providing technical leadership and strategic guidance on child protection to seven national offices (Cambodia, China, Laos, Mongolia, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam).
Born in Roxas City, Capiz, Philippines. A college graduate of B. S. Mining Engineering in Adamson University, Manila. For Eight (8) years I have been practicing my profession as a mining engineer involved : in open- pit mining such as aggregates (2yrs.), marble (2yrs) and coal mining (4yrs.) Was trained in Marble, Granite and other natural stone quarrying and processing in Italy and Belgium as well as visited natural stone quarries in Spain, U.S. and China. From 1994 to 2005 work as a General Manager and part owner of Philippine Granite Stone Corporation with a Belgian Partner. The main business is supply and install all kinds of natural stone Imported from different countries in Europe, India and China and still involve on the same business up to present.
